Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions have to be agreed upon by the user opting for our residential and commercial painting services. We have the authority to make any necessary changes in the terms and conditions, so the users are advised to keep themselves updated with the latest changes.

1. Basic Definitions

In these terms & conditions,
“Client” refers to the individuals or company opting for the painting services. “Services” refers to the commercial and residential painting services provided by Shades&Spectra to the client.

2. Payment Schedule

Depending on the size of your order, the Payment Scheule will vary, and we shall actively convey that during the booking period.

3. Execution Day

After agreeing to the Price Quote, the client will make the part payment (varies from job to job) in order to confirm the service. This agreed price is devoid of Service Tax and other applicable charges, which will be conveyed to you. The Service Provider (Shades&Spectra painting Team) will be given access to the client premises in order to provide the services on the execution date. Besides, the client will make any necessary information available to the service provider.

4. Quality Standards

The Service Provider (Shades&Spectra painting Team) is responsible for ensuring the utmost care while carrying out the painting job in accordance with the industry standards.

5. Client Obligation

These terms and conditions will be strictly applicable to any project the client opts for. Any changes to these stated terms have to be agreed upon in writing in order to be valid.

6. Procurement of the opted services

These terms and conditions will govern the project while the service provider (Shades&Spectra painting Team) carries out the services selected by the client. The service provider (Shades&Spectra painting Team) will take care of providing these services on or as close as possible to the specified date discussed with the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider (Shades&Spectra painting Team) has to be liable for carrying out the required remedial action with no additional charges in case the services are not provided as per the pre-agreed skill and care. Although the painters have to go through a meticulous recruitment process to ensure they possess all the required skills and process, we recommend the presence of the client or an assigned individual while the work is under commencement so that the services can be actively monitored and provided as discussed while keeping your valuable items intact.

8. Warranty provision

The service provider (Shades&Spectra painting Team) takes the responsibility of proferring touch-up service warranty for up to 1 year warranty in order to resolve any issues caused due to the material used or workmanship.
